ie: what will keep you engaged vs. what will make you bored

ie: are you better at sales than you thought? How about writing code?

Learn about skills you want to develop 

ie: what do you want to learn so that you can be more helpful in your next role?

Things you'll learn professionally in a role

Learn about industries that you're passionate about 

Example: technology vs. politics vs. finance

Learn about the stage of company that interests you 

Example: early-stage startup vs. large corporation with thousands of employees

Learn about the job function that grabs your attention 

Example: marketing vs. operations vs. human resources

⛵️

Learn about who you like to work with 

Example: lots of mentorship from boss vs. more independence and autonomy
